City Proposal
Matildaville (Oct, 2012)- The city receives 96 acres of undeveloped land from Ms. Grey's inheritance. Unfortunately, due to the bankruptcy of our city, the city is currently facing economic crises. We, as Economic Research & Policy Analyst, decided to build a strong economic future by attracting investment into our city which will generate money easier. Also, we are going to construct as a entertainment city which can attract wealthy people and businesses investment. Our entities include Rose Casino, Golf course, and Grey Business Park & Towers. Base on our investigation and evaluation, we believe these entities have huge potential to generate income and also can attract vast population from other countries.
As the entities start operating, these businesses employ workers from the Matildaville. For instance, the Rose Casino provide job opportunity for both the citizen and outsider that at least graduate form high school or professional. The Casino can generate population from other countries which can increase the consuming of the city . Despite the Casino is operate by private company, the government will still receive land taxes and income taxes from the company. But the most important point of our casino is to gain population to improve the city economy, this help the money flow in Matildaville.
Secondly, the Golf Course is use in business purposes. A nice environment can improve both the company's impression and credit. it also promote a successful trade in a environment. But every years the businesses needs to pay for their membership cost to the government. The cost include all expanses. Also, is a great place for citizen and foreign to relax and socialize in this place. The point of the gulf course is to build a economic foundation for the companies to deal trades and to cooperate.
Lastly, the main part of our proposal is to construct a business park & towers in the center of Matildaville. This region will become the main economic place for Matildaville where the market is operate. Our proposal is to sale or rent the land for companies to open their flagship, we will launch auction for the companies to bid their favorite region to begin their business. Also, we provide opportunities and plans for the middle class and young adult to open or operate their businesses in Matildaville. we believe the business park & towers can lower the unemployment and improve the economic dramatically base on the plan of the construction.
Matildaville currently dealing with financial crisis. But as our organization comes in. We believe our proposal can rebuild Matildaville in the most effective ways. The purpose of this potential entertainment city can build a foundation of population coming from all over the world, this will prevent Matildaville fall back into financial crisis again in the next 5 years. The greatest part of our proposal is that we build Matildaville into a shopping center is the central city as well. The downfall of the economic will never appear again if the business park & tower is constructed. Our organization truelly believe this proposal will create a economic boom in the next five years.
